Peer-based learning sessions help leaders get the information they need by asking other executives pressing questions they may not be able to get answered in their organizations. Participants receive a one-hour group session each month. For each session, supplementary materials are provided, and interaction with program leaders is encouraged.
In addition to program-specific peer-based learning, each month, participants will meet privately with a senior-level executive to discuss a concept in-depth. By focusing use of the materials on activities at the member's firm, the two will develop individual action plans that will help the leader become more effective in their daily role.
Executive Development Courses
Coaching participants will also receive one executive development course that complements their twelve-month coaching program. The course provided is one of the ten courses typically completed by students enrolled in a full-year executive education program. This will include all reading materials, toolkits and supplementary content.
