This course includes four main sessions and four group coaching sessions, taught at a pace of one session per month. Session pre-work may include videos, cases, and articles.

In this session, participants look at the power of connecting their applications, information and activities so they can build their digital services engine for maximum speed and agility. They also learn the best practices for finding digital solution sources that allow them to combine old data with new logic and share enterprise information so that it drives new value.

SESSION 1:
Creating a Compelling

Customer Experience

This session reviews the transformative effect that digital has on the customer experience, and redefines the jobs to be done so that leaders can redesign their customer journey. By discussing concepts like reach, richness, range, relevancy and responsiveness, participants learn  how to expand the services they offer, create new ways to connect to the customer and put them in control.

SESSION 3:
Creating a Comprehensive Digital Network

This session explores ways companies can drive new revenue by adopting a network-based approach to their digital capabilities. Participants learn how to  re-architect themselves so that they can successfully compete in new markets, and how to  leverage their existing success to collaborate with unexpected partners on new products and services.

This session opens by exploring the reasons people behave the way they do, and how that impacts your organization’s digital identity.
